(1) With your first time
purchase, please enclose the original
document and Xerox copy of the vehicle
license of the car which the monthly
pass is for.
(2) The Monthly Pass amount is NTD 3000
per month (for city parking lot only).
Date for apply: From the 25th of each
month through the 5th of next month
(Postpone to the next day if it¡¦s weekend)
(3) Monthly Pass can not be reissued
if lost.
(4) Monthly Pass is void when:
-the vehicle identification number does
not match the number shown on the Monthly
Pass.
-use copy version of Monthly Pass instead
of the original.
(5) If any illegal usage on the Monthly
Pass such as double usage or sign of
write over has been discovered, all
rights will be canceled immediately,
and is subject to prosecution under
the law.
(6) Please stick the Monthly Pass on
the bottom left corner of the windshield.

go to The Department of Public Parking
Management (No. 241, Nanman Rd.) personally
to apply for the Monthly Pass.
